Mixing & Pairing Recommendations:
This gin features a festive floral character with notes of juniper, coriander, and balsamic lemon. It is designed to be versatile, performing well neat, in martinis, or in festive cocktails. 
The Christmas 75: Combine 1.5 oz gin, 0.75 oz simple syrup, and a dash of lemon juice. Shake with ice, strain into a flute, and top with 2.5 oz Prosecco.
Christmas Collins: Mix 2 oz gin with 1 oz lemon juice and 1 oz honey simple syrup. Top with Eau Claire Original Tonic Water and garnish with a lemon wheel.
Holiday Gimlet: Shake 2 oz gin, 1 oz unsweetened cranberry juice, 0.5 oz lime juice, and 0.5 oz honey. Garnish with whole cranberries.
Cran Gin Fizz: Layer a mixture of cranberry juice, grenadine, and bitters over a base of gin and ginger beer.
Christmas Bramble: Combine 2 oz gin, 0.75 oz lemon juice, and 3 tbsp of Saskatoon gin jam. Top with Elderflower Tonic Water.
