LUXARDO BITTER BIANCO

Country of Origin: Italy (Veneto region).
Alcohol Volume (ABV): 30% (60 Proof).
Sugar Content: Approximately 25% sugar is added to the final liqueur during production. 
Mixing Recommendations:
Bitter Bianco is designed as a clear alternative to red bitters, making it ideal for cocktails where you want to maintain a transparent or light appearance. 
Negroni Bianco: The most popular use, typically made with equal parts Gin, Bitter Bianco, and Bianco (sweet white) Vermouth.
Bitter Bianco Spritz: Mix 2 oz Bitter Bianco, 3 oz Prosecco, and 1 oz soda water over ice; garnish with a lemon or orange wheel.
Bianco Paloma: A twist on the classic using Tequila Blanco, Bitter Bianco, fresh pink grapefruit juice, lime juice, and a touch of Maraschino liqueur.
White Negroni Sbagliato: A lighter version replacing gin with Prosecco, combined with Bitter Bianco and bianco vermouth.
Highballs: Simply top with tonic water or soda water and a citrus twist for a refreshing aperitivo. 
Pairing Recommendations:
