Malfy Gin Rosa is designed for refreshing, citrus-forward long drinks and Mediterranean-style spritzes. 
Signature G&T: Combine 50ml Malfy Gin Rosa with 150ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic over plenty of ice. Garnish with a fresh pink grapefruit wheel and a sprig of rosemary.
Amalfi Sunset Spritz: Build 35ml gin, 50ml San Pellegrino Aranciata Rossa (Blood Orange soda), and 50ml Prosecco over ice. Stir gently and garnish with an orange wheel and thyme.
Pink Gin Fizz: Shake 50ml gin with 25ml fresh lemon juice and 15ml sugar syrup. Strain into a glass and top with Prosecco.
Rosa Pink Lemonade: Mix 50ml gin with 25ml Limoncello and top with soda water.
