Country: Spain (Rioja DOCa).
Alcohol Volume (ABV):
Crianza: Typically 14.5%.
Reserva/Excellence: 13.5% – 14.5%.
Gran Reserva: 13% – 14%.
Sugar Content: Generally dry, with around 2 g/L for their Gran Reserva.
Varietals: Mainly Tempranillo, often blended with Graciano and Mazuelo for reds. White wines use Viura and Garnacha Blanca. 
Pairing Recommendations
Red Wines (Crianza/Reserva/Gran Reserva): Ideal with grilled meats, roast lamb, traditional Spanish tapas, and mature cheeses.
White Wines (Barrel Fermented): Pairs well with rich fish (salmon, tuna), shellfish, creamy dishes, and appetizers.
