McGuinness Melon is highly versatile and a staple for creating vibrant, tropical-style drinks. 
Classic Melon Ball: Combine 2 parts melon liqueur, 1 part vodka, and top with orange juice. Serve over ice.
The Northern Lights: Shake 1/2 oz Polar Ice Vodka, 1/2 oz melon liqueur, 1/4 oz lemon juice, and 1/4 oz simple syrup with ice. Strain into a shot glass and drizzle 1/4 oz Blue Curaçao on top.
Green Hornet Shot: Layer equal parts McGuinness Melon and butterscotch schnapps in a shot glass, then add a splash of ginger ale.
