Paper Plane: Equal parts (3/4 oz or 1 oz) Bourbon, Amaro Nonino, Aperol, and fresh lemon juice. Shake with ice and strain into a coupe.
Nonino Spritz: Mix 3 parts sparkling wine, 2 parts Amaro Nonino, and 1 part soda water. Serve in a wine glass with ice and an orange slice.
Busted Pipe: 1.5 oz Bourbon and 1.5 oz Amaro Nonino stirred over ice.
