PASSONE NERO D'AVOLA

Sugar Content: Described as having notes of dried fruit with a "lightly sweet" perception, suggesting a dry-to-off-dry style (typical appassimento wines of this type range from 10-15+ g/L), though it is generally classified as a rich, dry red.
Pairing Recommendations: Ideal with red meats cooked with fruit, liver, game (venison), BBQ, oxtail soup, or strong cheeses with mustards/jams. It also pairs well with tomato-based pasta dishes, such as lasagna or ragù, and chocolate desserts.
