Mixing Recommendations:
Pig's Nose is explicitly marketed as a versatile spirit for cocktails. The following "Signature Serves" are recommended by Ian Macleod Distillers: 
Ginger Pig: 50ml Pig's Nose topped with ginger ale over ice, garnished with a lemon twist.
Blushing Pig: 25ml each of Pig's Nose, blood orange juice, sweet vermouth, and cherry liqueur. Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass.
The Hogfather: 50ml Pig's Nose mixed with 25-50ml Amaretto in a tumbler over a large ice block.
Whisky Sour: Its soft profile makes it an ideal base for a traditional Whisky Sour. 
Pairing Recommendations:
Because of its sweet, malty, and slightly coastal profile, it pairs well with: 
Smoked Foods: Enhance the faint wisps of peat smoke with grilled meats or smoked salmon.
Sharp Cheeses: A sharp cheddar or blue cheese balances the creamy vanilla and toffee notes.
Desserts: The butterscotch and fruit notes (apple, pear) pair excellently with shortbread cookies or apple-based desserts.
