PYRAT XO RESERVE

Country of Origin: Primarily produced in Guyana, South America, at the Diamond Bottling Plant.
Alcohol Volume ABV: 40% (80 Proof). 
Sugar Content: Approximately 24 g/L to 25 g/L. 
Pairing & Mixing Recommendations:
Pyrat XO's citrus-forward sweetness makes it a versatile but distinct mixer. 
Desserts: Crème brûlée, grilled pineapple, or tropical fruit tarts.
Savory: Blue cheese (for a salty contrast) or orange-glazed duck.
Snacks: Spiced nuts and high-quality dark chocolate truffles.
Pyrat Old Fashioned: Use 50ml Pyrat XO, 10ml simple syrup, and 2 dashes of orange bitters; stir over ice.
Orange Daiquiri: Shake with fresh lime juice, orange juice, and a splash of Cointreau.
Simple Mixers: Pairs exceptionally well with Ginger Beer or Cola with a fresh lime wedge to cut through the sweetness.
Neat/Rocks: Best served over a large ice cube to temper the sugar and reveal more oak structure.
