The Great Old Fashioned: Muddle 1/2 orange wheel, 1/2 lemon wheel, and 1/4 oz maple syrup in a glass. Add ice, 2 oz of the whisky, and 2 dashes of aromatic bitters, then stir.
The Habitant Cocktail: Shake 2 oz of whisky, 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice, 1/2 oz pure maple syrup, and 2 dashes of bitters with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Canadian Coffee: Stir 1.5 oz of the whisky into hot black coffee, top with whipped cream, and drizzle with maple syrup.
