Mixing & Cocktails:
White Owl Spiced Whisky is unique because it is charcoal-filtered to be crystal clear, matching the utility of a premium white rum or vodka while keeping its oak-matured rye grain identity.
The Clear Highball: Pour 1.5 oz over ice, fill with premium ginger ale or lemonade, and garnish with a fresh lime wedge.
Highwood Gimlet: Shake 1.5 oz of White Owl Spiced, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, and 1 tsp simple syrup with ice. Strain into a chilled glass.
Spiced Fizz: Combine 1 oz of the spirit, 0.5 oz orange juice, and 0.5 oz honey-ginger syrup. Shake with ice, strain into a flute, and top with Prosecco.
Winter Martini: Mix 2 oz of White Owl, 1 oz dry vermouth, 2 oz ginger ale, and 0.5 oz lemon juice over ice. Stir well and garnish with an apple slice.
